Community & Government Relations (CGR) has grown in size and scope with the addition of the Center for Community Engagement unit. The Vice Chancellor of CGR seeks to refine CGR’s strategic plan and goals for the next twelve months. In addition, she would like to determine the appropriate organizational structure to best utilize the organization’s talent and support its goals, including avoiding duplications and encouraging internal collaboration.
