PDCA -  Report Out

VI projects are monitored for 2.5-3 years. Each quarterly report-out is intended to support the progress of your improvement work. Your 5-7 minute presentation will leverage a standard format to help explain what you have accomplished including visual elements showing value created by your project (savings, rewards, or reduced risks).

The Quarterly Report Out template and presentation is modeled off of the Lean A3/PDCA problem solving framework. To support your A3 thinking you will find helpful Lean references and one-point lessons on the side bar.

As always, if you have questions or need additional support please reach out to your PMO Lean coach or FSC finance coach. Email [email protected] to be assigned a coach.
