The FAS Continuous Improvement Program is building a culture focused on respect for people and a continuous improvement mindset. Elements include 1) goal cascading and alignment, 2) regular checking and adjusting on goal progress, 3) staff and leader training. The Value Improvement Program is an important part of the CI Program, as is Active Daily Engagement. The CI Steering Committee members are the champions for CI in their respective FAS areas.
