The PMO facilitated the collaboration of colleagues from UCSF's main campus and UCSF Fresno's regional campus (Fresno) to develop recommendations for the implementation of a more centralized model of administrative and facilities services to support Fresno. The PMO assisted with defining roles, responsibilities, and governance structures to support the delivery of coordinated central services for Security, Facilities, IT, Occupational Health, and Student Health Services at Fresno.
Assisted with developing guiding principles and recommendations to serve as a roadmap for providing services in Fresno comparable to the main campus where appropriate and financially feasible.
