The Office of Diversity and Outreach developed UCSF’s inaugural Climate Survey to be administered every three years for faculty, students, and staff. The Program Management Office (PMO) provided project management services for the survey preparation and rollout, analysis, and results phases. We organized the project team’s efforts to finalize survey questions and pilot the survey with a small group of representative constituents. We developed and implemented a communication campaign, shared completion data with areas to promote the survey, and connected with area leads to come up with ways to make it easier for their team to complete the survey. After the survey closed project work included reviewing survey analysis and developing a plan to disseminate survey results to UCSF community.
